We are a fast-growing manufacturing organization that needs a line leader to oversee our manufacturing activities within their departments. The ideal candidate must be capable of meeting manufacturing targets within our production facilities.

The candidate we hire will carry out a blend of physical and mental tasks which include completing paper works, filing reports, directing assembly line workers, setting up production lines, identifying production issues, enforcing regulations and working with the production team to complete orders.

To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with the innate ability to motivate your team towards achieving set targets. We need a line leader who can manage time and proffer solutions to almost every production problem.
